Lavender Pisco Sour

RECIPE
- Glass: Champagne Coupe

Ingredients
40 ml Pisco Quebranta
20 ml Fresh lime juice
15 ml Honey lavender
20 ml Egg white infused lavender
2 dash Bitter Lavender
.
Method:
Add all ingredients except Bitters to empty mixing tin.
Dry shake for 5-8 seconds to create froth then add ice and quick shake 3 seconds to chill.
Strain into Coupe.
Add a few dashes of bitters and scatter with a toothpick to create the design.
Garnish with dried lavender flowers.
