The Royal Hawaiian

    ▪️Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Gin - 50ml
    ▪️Pineapple Juice - 40ml
    ▪️Lemon Juice - 20ml
    ▪️Orgeat Syrup - 15ml
    ▪️Pineapple & Flower Garnish
    In an empty mixing tin, add the pineapple juice, lemon juice and orgeat and shake. Taste for balance, adjust, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Gently pour in the infused gin using the back of a barspoon. Garnish with pineapple wedge, frond and edible flower.
